I am very pleased with the service I have received from Precision Garage Door. Last year, I needed springs and rollers and the two technicians were very cordial and professional. They informed me of my options and what they felt was necessary (springs and rollers) vs. secondary. During the second visit this year on March 19th, Jared installed my garage door opener on a Saturday (no extra cost) and was professional and completed within an hour! He called before he arrived and worked efficiently. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door due to the professionalism of their employees.

Very well pleased. Called this afternoon, and the tech was at our house in less than an hour! Neil was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and services that would be provided and did a full inspection of the garage door and its parts. He explained to us what had to be done to fix the broken cable, but also carefully explained what could happen if we did not replace other parts of the garage door. he was never pushy. We ended up replacing the springs, the rollers and the broken cable. It was a great experience working with Precision Garage Door!

Jared was great. Same day service on a Saturday and repair was done within 4 hours of my call. My only gripe is the price. Seemed steep for 2 springs and a few pulleys, however the quick service makes it somewhat worth it.

Jared and Neal were awesome....I was given 3 choices of how much I wanted to put into fixing the door. I of course chose the most expensive as that is the one that fixed ALL the problems with our door. They did an extremely professional job and the door works better than when we bought the house 16 years ago. Neal even did the heroic deed of coming out a second time to put in a missing light bulb in the overhead opener which I didn't have easy access to without moving a bunch of stuff and getting a ladder....since he was much taller he simply used a small step stool...thanks guys...it's great!

The quality of work was good, but the sales rep was aggressive. I only really wanted one new spring on my garage door installed and I ended up buying a total rebuild. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to argue about the whole thing. When I did question the need for new end bearing, the reps response was down right rude. I know I could have just said "no". Anyway, I would not recommend Precision to a friend.
