Although I was surprised at the cost of my service, everything was explained to a science and with curtesy. Also, the service Rep was knowledgeable of the product. This gave me the confidence I needed to make the right decision. I was not convinced to go one or the other. I was given three separate plans to resolve my immediate issues to include a preventive plan for future issues.
