We have a new house and the garage door opener was not the size motor needed for a heavy door, so Precision replaced the garage door opener and the spring. They also made repairs to stop a popping noise the door made when it opened. The technician was great. He was very polite, respectful, and knowledgable of what was needed to be done and how to get the work done. I would, without hesitation, use Precision Door Service again. Overall, they were great.

We had an installation in September and Cory, representing Precision as a top installer and excellent customer experience representative, did a great install. This week in July, we had a knocking noise from one of the garage door openers. After entering a ticket on Precision’s website, within a couple of hours, Cory called me to ask about the issue. He was at our house after his current appointment and fixed the noise through silicon spray, He checked out the door’s other components to ensure all was correct. Success. Great service quickly. I was very happy with the salesperson who came to my house and explained what I needed, (especially sense theses were very old doors), He explained what I needed and did not pressure me to buy anything. The doors are just what I wanted and the person who installed them did a very good job and was very good at explaining how they worked. I will be telling everyone this was a great experience. A service person is bringing me a lock for the door with the opener so I can get in if something happens to the power. Everyone involved in the process has been Great. Attitude and tried to price us for something we didnt need. When i got a ridiculous price and said it wont be today, i got the, " well how much were you actually expecting to pay?" That told me right there that i was being priced based on him most likely making commission and he wanted it to be worth his time. In addition to whoever he was yelling at over the phone- he made it clear that he was "wasting his time here". Disgustingly rude and unprofessional.

I recently had a new garage door installed by Precision. Since the installer was here from about 4:30 to 9 pm he did not program the vehicle opener to the new garage door opener. I tried to do it myself but Fat Fingered it and got everything so messed up the door and opener went into failsafe mode. Another service call and a great guy came out and reprogrammed everything for me including my vehicles. Thank you!

Just did a one year maintenance checkup. Charged $89/per door. I had two doors. Then I asked for you to program a new (single) garage door opener as a backup. Holy shit! You charged me $150 for a simple program to my garage door? Good to know. I will NEVER use you all again. EVER! You have competition out there peeps, and I will use them going forward. I had used Precision Door Service several times and have always been satisfied with their services. I called them this time to fix my garage door since it kept opening when it was almost completely closed. The tech checked it out and found a loose wire near the motor housing. He fixed it and didn’t charge me because he said that should have been addressed at their last appointment from 8 months ago. Our garage door spring popped yesterday evening, and we were unable to use our garage door. Consequently, our car was "locked" inside the garage. I called Precision that same evening, and they set an appointment for the following day (between 8-12). Our service consultant was Dustin and he called around 10 AM saying he was 20 minutes from the house. He arrived within that timeframe. Dustin was very polite, personable, and knowledgeable of our situation. I told him our doors were 7 years old, and he pulled out his phone calculator and took us through an exercise of # of daily garage door opener uses x 365 days x 7 years and it equated to the 10,000 typical uses for the OEM springs. Being an ex-banker, I appreciated the exercise! Due to his overall professionalism and personableness, my wife and I had Dustin replace the other garage door springs and equipment. We thank Precision and Dustin for taking care of our garage door repairs promptly!

I have been totally impressed with the service from Precision Garage door. The doors are beautiful, quiet and are insulated. The installation technician was friendly and a good worker. After a few weeks I noticed a bump noise when the door closed. I contacted the company and within a couple of days a technician came and made the slightest adjustment, and the door is perfect. I am very happy with the service and the product.
