My reason for using Precision was to stop the water from coming inside my garage from the lower sides of my garage doors which two other companies have not corrected. I went on 'ask Dave ' and this company was listed. so I am waiting on the next rain to decide if that problem has been corrected. as far as the work done I am completely satisfied because it was long overdue. I didn't understand this company not accepting cashiers checks as payments.

Our garage door springs broke and the door came off track leaving our garage inoperable. Roy, the technician, came out within the time frame we given and he explained everything from A to Z with regards to the work needed. We were very pleased with his explanation of the work needed to be performed. We settled on the level of repair and Roy completely exceeded our expectations of timely repair and quality of service. We were completely pleased with our Precision Garage Door experience – absolutely a five-star rating! We called Precision on a Thursday morning (spoke to Amanda – a great administrative professional), and a terrific sales professional (Orion Smith) was at our home that afternoon – on time no less! He assessed our situation and offered several options, with no pressure or up-selling. The following Monday morning (less than two business days later), Ryan Adams (a highly-skilled installer) was at our home to install a beautiful new garage door and opener. Again, five-star ratings for all three professionals! Precision’s communication practices and website are world-class. If only all service industries could operate like Precision. I was ripped off by this Company. I was severely overcharged for replacing a broken spring. I was charged 600 for what I know now should have been half the price. Beware of these people. Shame on Precision garage door..
