Chris is either the best technician Precision Door has or at least in the top 1/2%. He arrived at the earliest time in my window of service, greeted me warmly and listened carefully to my description of my garage door problem. He analyzed it quickly, prepared two proposals and presented them for my consideration. He then did all the repair work on the door, it was extensive, within about an hour and was on his way. The perfect service call for me.

Precision Garage Door had a name that I associated with quality. When I first started looking, I thought what I had, may be repairable but was open to replacement and upgrading. Shawn was on time and very knowledgeable, so I asked for an estimate for replacement of a slightly upgraded door. The estimate was very thorough and fair, so after construction stopped on the inside of my home, I ordered my doors. In less than two weeks they were installed by a very capable and efficient crew. I could not be more pleased with the doors and the service. I highly recommend this company.

Contacted Precision Door Service to replace a brocken spring at my double width garage door. It was easy to make an appointment for the next day which was very important since our 2 cars were trapped inside the garage. The technician Dustin Bourchier showed up on time and inspected the door components. He explained that some of the parts were old and worn out and needed replacement and gave us an estimate. We decided to replace just the springs with the idea that we may replace the whole door in the near future. The springs were replaced very quickly and the door was operational again. Dustin was very professional and we were pleased with his work.
