Precision Garage Door service was excellent. The price compared to other companies, interaction with office personnel, the initial visit to provide a quote, the installation of the door itself, all served as great advertisement for Precision. They are top notch professional. Appointments were punctual, reps in the office and in the field were knowledgeable and professional and work was completed in a timely manner. My experience was a pleasant and painless which is very uncommon these days.

Precision Garage Door company sent a technician immediately to handle the issues with my garage door. The technician called to let me know he was on his way. He corrected all the issues I had with my garage door and explained everything he did. He also advised me I had the wrong type of light and replaced it with the proper light. Louis H - Atlanta GA The technician Carlos was helpful explaining the issue which I was dealing with. A new garage door opener was purchased and installed. I've had to reach back out to customer service after everything was completed due an issue with the remote/keypad operations functions. Have not received a return call/visit from Precision for resolution, as have yet. Hopefully, the minor detail can be resolved quickly. I would recommend.

Derek S came to check my garage door because the bottom panel separated. Derek came on the scene, looked at the door about 10 seconds and said "I can fix it" and told me in detail how he would do it. Gary, texted me to say he was running late, but he still arrived within the scheduled time. He also called several times to info me when he was in route and when he arrived. There was a problem with my garage door not going all the way down as it had been doing prior to a new spring being put in last month. I showed him the problem and he saw the problem and corrected it without any problem. He also advised me of several other things. He is a very considerate employee and willing to actively LISTEN to your concerns. Then he works to correct the problem. He didn't try to up sale me with something I didn't need. Thank you, Gary.
