Precision was called around 9am. Alex came and replaced the seal at the bottom of our garage door by noon. He explained the difference between two kinds of replacement seal and installed. Excellent. From Mary who I spoke to to get a service person to Alex our repair person, the company couldn't have been more outstanding.

Door opener & door both were in like new condition having been up dated by Precision a Year or so ago. Hurricane Debby power interruptions for short time possibly several short times the garage door opener had lost its programming so correcting that and all is well now. Your technician was very knowledgeable of your business and made some suggestions to consider there's a few hinges that were never installed on the door from the builder 5 years ago and might upgrade the surge protector could be beneficial. I'm grateful for his suggestions and professionalism.

Austin Reed, the outstanding technician that came to the house, was able to get here within a couple hours of my call to provide excellent same-day service. Austin was knowledgable, professional, and very courteous. He troubleshot the issue and had things working in no time. As we have a large and heavy garage door, this was an open opportunity to upsell us on a new opener or other stuff we do not quite need yet. There was none of that, just a recommendation and a detailed estimate for when the time comes to replace our 10 y/o opener. Great honest work, at a fair price with a Military discount. Garage door spring broke, called precision at 7pm that night. Made an appointment for the following morning. Representative arrived right on time. Did a survey of what I needed, quoted a price and replaced the spring. very professional and courteous . Inspected the door and associated equipment, advised of what could possibly break or go wrong. My service technician was John Duff. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. He explained every step in replacing a trosion spring for my garage door, and made sure I understood the need for replacing certain other parts, such as the belt on the belt drive with missing teeth and the bar. The belt bar is much sturdier, and I like it. The most important part I got out of his explanations, and this experience was durability versus fragility, which means a lot to me. I would rather have quality parts that are going to work for a long time than what I had originally. Thank you John!
