Had a problem with door going up slow Precision sent James Long and Mike Mumann to do the repair and let me tell you they were the most professional and honest workers I have come across in a long time. In todays world it was a refreshing experience.They went way beyond my expectations. Christopher Elkington, who was here. Was very informative. After checking everything out. He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong, what needed top priority repair. He also informed me of the wear and tear of the other items, that really should be replaced. If not now. Would be soon. After everything was said and done, gave me time to ask a lot of questions… In which he answered honestly. That alone put him at the top of the list. Once I decided, what I wanted done. He was right on the job. He had everything in the van he needed to do the entire job. Again, very impressive. I was having trouble, trying to figure out what I wanted to do. . Financially, he let me know of payment option. In which, I decided to go ahead and upgrade my system. Which I would’ve had to have done anyway.. so let’s just say. By the end of the completion of the job, I was very satisfied. He went over everything with me. Answer any remaining questions.. above and beyond with other questions I’ve asked. It worked straight now sounds great.. say I’m a very happy customer. Thank you again.. I have other homes, I guarantee you they need work done. They will be getting another callback from me.. I would tell my friends to go to them first. I really wish she found out more places he dealt with.. thanks again, guys ,five stars all the way!
