Booking an appointment was incredibly easy. My appointment was not listed as an option on the appointment page so I used the chat feature and it was incredibly quick and simple. Michael, our technician was very thorough he did not try to upsell me on things that were not necessary. After 20 years of wear and tear on the garage door, the hinges and springs were rusted and broken. The electronic lifter no longer worked. Only the panels were still intact. The technician, Robert, did a full inspection, explained all of the options for repair and within 4 hours, had the door working again like new. I am extremely pleased with the service and wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I have used Precision in the past so I called them again when the spring broke. The technician was courteous and the work was done within 24 hours of my call. I do think that their communication could be better. After the service I received an email with my invoice which also listed the technician's evaluation and recommendations. These did not match what I was told by the technician. A separate email stated: "Please feel free to comment on the quality of our technicians, and your overall experience. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied, I would consider it a favor if you called and gave me the opportunity to redress the situation." I called the number listed but the person who answered was not able to address my concerns and said that I would have a call from the billing department. That was a week ago and I have still not received a call.

No matter what I tried, I couldn't get my garage door to close because the seals that I tried to put on by myself were tripping the sensor. Ryan instantly knew what the problem was and fixed it. Plus, I agreed to a new rubber gasket for the bottom of the garage door. Now that this project is complete, I can move on to my next project!

I AM BLOWN AWAY! John and Luke came out to give me what I thought was just a quote. I assumed I would need an entire new door and system but John said just some parts and cosmetic work will have my garage door at 100% in no time. They both were extremely polite and got my garage door cleaned up perfectly. They were so kind that when it came time to pull our old school Jeep back into the garage after the job was done… it wouldn’t start. The two of them spent their time helping me and pushed the Jeep into the garage themselves! I am still so blown away with the customer service and will refer them to EVERYONE I come across!
