Bryce came out within a couple of hours of initial call. Turns out Precision had been out before years ago as sticker was on door. Bryce took around 30mins to rectify awful squeak and also to get door functioning as it should. Great stuff, money well spent, my ears are happy !!

My key pad was not working so I called to see if someone cold help me over the phone but in a split second they had put me on their schedule and in less then 2hrs they had Nick over fixing the issue. After many years of service we had our garage door opener replaced. Precision Garage Door was able to send someone out the same day with everything req’d to get the job done. Our technician, John D, quickly assessed the situation, provided costs, and offered options. He was on-time and gave a “heads up” call when on his way. John D. was well mannered, clean and easy to understand. We felt comfortable having him in our home. Thanks John ???? Our door now opens, closes and lights up the garage quietly every time! They were at my door 2 hours after I called at 3:00 PM. The problem, I thought was in the little sensors at the bottom of the door but the real problem was the motor was failing. Baylor had a complete system in his truck and installed it in 2 hours, and removed the old one. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and even set up the remotes in both our cars.

I would like to start by saying Jeremy was fantastic in his abilities to complete the job. His workmanship is flawless. What I dislike is the price gouging that took place. Now I admit I authorized the work to be done and saw the bottom line before the work started. I was in a bind and needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. However, once I received my invoice I was shocked after I did some comparison pricing. Please see below: 1. Green .225 x 29" - 1-3/4 ID Spring - average to high cost online $191 per spring - Precision cost $483 per spring! 2. Spring Pad Install - this is just a piece of 2x6 board screwed to the wall - Precision cost $150 3. Flanged Ball Bearing - online $7-$30 - Precision Cost $153 4. 16' 10" Galvanized Shaft online ~$50 - Precision cost $255 5. 7 foot (set) Torsion Cable online $20 - Precision cost $255 6. PDS 10' Res Cable Drum - online highest I found was $70 - Precision cost was $201 each 7. Operator Reinforcement Bracket 21" online $21 - Precision cost $263 8. Center plate (no bearing) online $3 - $15 - Precision cost $150 I know companies have markup and need to make money but damn, this is highway robbery! I will not ever call on them again nor recommend them to anyone! You can decide for yourself!

I will NEVER do business with your company again. I called because one of my springs broke, your guy quoted me $600, when I told him I wasn’t going to do it, he said he can price match. The manager, Thomas called me and offered to lower the price, but I would not accept it because this tells me that they are dishonest and they overcharge, therefore I can Never do business and trust these people in my home. These are tough times for most and sometimes people have to take a loan or borrow from family to make a repair at the house and for this company to just not take into consideration the person that you are dealing with….that speaks louder than words. Years ago and friend experienced the same situation, but I actually forgot about it and called your company but I am not going to forget now. I will never do business even if I have to wait extra days for another company to come help.

I was having a super bad day as my car was trapped in the garage and I had a full day of work ahead. I called Precision and a tech was available at 10:00AM and it was only 9:30AM…..Jimmy called and arrived right when he said he would. He assessed the situation, gave his recommendations based on my personal use of the garage, gave the pro’s and con’s connected with each opener and then when he was half way finished, I had to add springs…..he did not flinch…..he added the springs. The whole messy process was happily paid for, knowing I had the knowledge and information I needed to make a good decision for my family. There was no pressure to decide one way or the other. Super great experience and as a side note, Jimmy was the funniest and friendliest installer I have had the pleasure of meeting…..
