There aren’t many companies left that do things the way Precision does! Every step of the process was smooth, efficient, and most important: customer focused. They didn’t send a salesman to our house to talk us into the most expensive option. They listened to what we needed and gave us three options. There was no pressure to make a decision the day they came and no pressure to pick one option over the other. They warned us about our opener not being strong enough (and we didn’t listen!) but they didn’t pressure us to purchase one. We were well informed about what needed to be done and were allowed to choose a cheaper option without a fuss. The installers were prompt, professional, and courteous. They worked quickly and did a fantastic and clean job with the installation. I appreciated that we were able to see pictures of our techs before they came because I had to be at work while my wife was home alone and it made us both more comfortable knowing who was coming to our house. The permit was also handled well and with no fuss on our end. It arrived in the mail and they called us to help schedule the inspection. I can’t recommend Precision enough and they will remain on my contacts for our future needs as long as they continue to stay customer focused!

Precision was very responsive when I reached out - they even had a spot for the same day I called but I wasn't able to arrange that. They called to see if an earlier appointment would work for me and it did. The technician Chris came out around noon and we were all wrapped up at around 2pm. He went over all the options, choices, and costs. I am back to parking in my garage.

I am definitely a review reader.My husband thinks I'm over the top when it comes to my research.I compaired all the major companies.Of course I look at price but that's not my only focus.When you're looking at the safety of your home I get down and dirty with my research.To be honest when we purchased our home there were so many repairs to be done.I thought the doors are working.... put it off.Every hurricane season I cringed and held my breathe that it wasn't coming our way.I'm so happy with my new doors.Of course I'll evacuate If need be, but I feel so confident in the structure of my doors and the quality of the workmanship. 100 0/0 SATISFIED!!!! Oh yeah did I mention they are BEAUTIFUL!!!

Happy Father’s Day. Woke to find spring on garage door broke and unable to open. Call Precision Overhead Garage door and Wayne Madore was here within an hour. He had entire spring rod/cables replaced within hour and a half. Very professional service.

Good job by Daylon Dobish. He helped troubleshoot a very difficult, intermittent problem with my LiftMaster Unit and its remotes (including the built in remote in my car). He was honest, straightforward and knowledgeable. I understood the problem and why the solution he proposed made sense. He applied all available discounts and installed a new Genie system in an efficient, professional manner including an outdoor keypad, a new remote and re-programmed the car. If you are having issues with your garage door, give Precision a call.
