My garage door opener was opening 1/2 way; another time it closed down completely after I had just opened it; one time my neighbor said it was open all night; and there were other quirky things - Precision came and did thorough inspection for two hours and finally found it was sensitive door opener on was that could be activated by just brushing a full grocery bag against it or a shoulder etc. So for a minor charge the tech was able to replace the wall opener Oh ! Yea ! Yea ! !

I had Brian as a service technician today. I just made an appointment for a tune up as it had been a little over a year. He explained everything he did ,and took the time to show me an app that will allow me to see if my door is open or closed. I have driven away from my house many times and thought to myself, did I close the door? What peace of mind this has given to me. He also went over with me how to open from inside if my power was out( I was without power for 3 hurricanes for 23 days.) Hopefully that won't happen again, he covered all my questions and was patient and detailed in answering my questions. A big thank you to Brian!

Precision garage doors has been our garage door maintainer for over 10 years. They installed our hurricane master garage door and lift master door opener over ten years ago and have done our regular system maintenance ever since. Most recently they responded to a call from me to replace the battery in the opener. the technician responded on time as scheduled and after quickly getting the battery replaced did a check of the door to make sure everything was working properly. I am completely happy with Precision, and will continue as their customer as long as I own my home.
