Was thinking about doing it myself and how long it would take me. I made a decision to call Precision Door. It was the right thing to do. My springs and cables were going on 15 years old when one spring broke. It would have taken me all day doing the work and ordering the parts. I went with package deal with warranty getting all new hardware, cables, springs bearings etc. I figured if it last 10 years it only cost me less than 20 cents a day for the package. The best part though is ShaRaad doing the work! What a great guy and hard worker!!

I am delinquent in posting this but better late than never. My husband passed away at the hospital and when I got home my garage door would not close. My neighbor suggested that I call Precision. Keith came out the next morning and resolved my problem. He was so polite and professional and helpful. I'm forever grateful to Precision for their immediate and compassionate response to my problem. I so totally would recommend this company for any garage door issues.

I chose Precision because I had used them before successfully and had good reports from my neighbors. The young men who came were on time and were pleasant and knowledgeable giving several options and prices that would address my particular garage door problem. Your technician programmed 2 new remotes that we purchased from you.
