We contacted precision door service early this morning because our genie keypad stopped working unexpectedly. Precision responded to our 8 am call, setting a service call to for 1pm. The tech arrived around 1235pm, tested the keypad, determining that it wasn't working. It was still under warranty. The tech, Shane replaced it, tested that the new one worked and then left. Great job, quick response. Thanks

Precision Door installed our garage door and all associated parts in 2018. They have performed normal maintenance each year. Recently our door would randomly require multiple cycles for it to stay closed. What I thought would be a simple adjustment to the sensors evolved into David the technician patiently performing a thorough autopsy to identify the cause(s). After 2 hours in a 94-degree garage, he isolated and replaced a damaged transporter, as well as wiring from the door to the opener that was shorting. David was very professional, didn't complain about the temperature, and made sure that the door was working perfectly before he left. Precision Garage Door's response time, their employee's knowledge and professionalism, the quality of their work and reasonable costs for their services are why I will continue to recommend them to anyone. And NO, I have no family nor friends that work at Precision.

I arrived at my condo after being away for several months to find my garage door wouldn’t open. I called another company initially but they were scheduling out 2-3 days. I called precision and was told someone could be there in 2-3 hours. After arrival, we quickly figured out this may not be a simple issue to resolve. Mickey was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He spent several hours in the heat working incredibly hard to even get the door open to begin repairs. Once the door was open he clearly walked through our options and ended spending a couple more hours installing a new door opener. I can’t thank Mickey and precision enough for saving our weekend.
