Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

Our spring broke on our garage door. We remembered Precision from commercials on TV. We called precision they sent Andrey Brodskly, he arrived within the hour and finished well within an hour. He had all the parts that were needed to fix the problem, we didn't have to wait (awesome!) Andrey was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what the problem was, how he would fix it and how much it would cost. He was not trying to sell us parts we didn't need. He was very honest and answered all our questions. We weighed the odds and replaced both springs, bearing and drums. If anything else should fail we will definitely call Precision. Thank you for the great service.

We called Precision for a cable that broke from our garage door leaving our cars stuck in the garage. Our technician, Antonio was very professional, knowledgeable and provided great customer service. He replaced the rollers, spools and cables as well as lubricated the door. The repair was pricey but we were in a predicament that we needed the service done.
