Andrey Brodsky was the technician that came out to service our garage door opener today. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and most of all not pushy. I would definitely recommend and if needed use Precision for all my garage door needs. Thank you again for the great service we received today. (We ended up getting a new opener).

We chose Precision Garage Door as our neighbor had just used them and had a good experience. The scheduler got us booked for a morning appointment a couple days after I called. Ours was not an emergency but if it had been they offered to have someone out the afternoon I called. I didn't want a technician to have to work in our south facing garage in 100+ temps so I asked for a morning appointment. Patrick Leahy communicated by text when he was on his way which was helpful. Patrick was exceptional at troubleshooting our issue (creaking sounds when the door lifted) and explained what the problem waw and how he knew what it was. Patrick was thorough and commicated in layman's language about the problem and chose to "prove" the issue to us by showing us the wear on the parts. He even explained to us how to change the rollers by ourselves so we could save some money. All in all an excellent experience.

This company is fantastic. I called at 12:30 it is now 2:15 and I have a fixed door. Brandon was amazing! He explained everything in detail and didn’t try to bs me. I got an estimate from another company and the guy insisted that I needed a whole new door for $1500! Brandon was able to fix my door and it is running better than it ever did! I will recommend Brandon and Precision to everyone!
