Technician did a very good job. The problem is the pricing! There were springs to replace and other items but the main issue was the motor. Their price was $1,199.00. Amazon sells the exact same opener for $359.00 delivered.

Josh repaired and installed a door opener for my garage. He took my 20 year old door and upgrated with the latest parts and equipment. Josh was also very knowledgeable and explained to my wife and I how the garage door opener worked and how to maintain the new equipment. Setting up the appointment was easy. They were available that same day, but I booked for the following day. They booked me for an 8-12 time slot and Eric was here a little after 8:00 am. He called and let me know he was on his way as well. He did an inspection of our garage door, gave me the options, and then completed the entire job in about an hour! He was courteous and knowledgeable.

The technician arrived on time, was friendly and personable. He took the time to explain his assessment and the various options without any pressure to up me to the next level of service. I did choose to get a couple of extra things done on my 20 year old system. His work was done in a timely manner and everything was clean when he was done. It took less time than I would have guessed. I thought the price was on the high side but, based on the reviews, for this job I was willing to pay for a job well done rather than save a little money.

Sergio demonstrated with the garage door why it was slamming down and what it needed to fix the problem. Once he replaced the old springs, he again demonstrated the difference. It was amazing and I'm glad that I had it taken care of. He was thorough, competent, quick but careful. I would have him as my technician anytime.

The tech aopered to really not know what was wrong. After he admitted he was texting with others to diagnose the problem he provided two options from which I was expected to choose. Either replace the main motor for $1,800 or the wall controller for $450. When I pointed out the main motor has never been an issue and works fine with the two remotes and the controller mounted on the outside of the house, he told me it was my choice. That does not inspire confidence I told him I was not interested in his help. The prior tech who visited less than a year ago was not much better.
