Precision is the people to call for quick competent garage door repair. They set me up and quickly. I've installed openers myself several times and you can save money that way, but Precision does quality work, professional employees, and schedules quickly.

I cannot be more pleased with Precision! Everything was perfect! Woke up on Sunday morning, opened the garage door and BAM!, the spring broke. I did not have much time to call around and do some vetting for a reputable garage door service provider, so I called Precsion. I see and hear their commercial on TV every day. And, what they say is true "A name you can trust". First, called at 7:00 am and I was immediately helped. They scheduled the service btwn 2:30-6:30. I received a text confirming everything. Received a call from Sergio just before 3:00, said he would arrive in 20 mins. Arrived on time, and not only did he assess our problem, but thoroughly assessed our entire garage door system, including the opener. He then showed his recommendations, which were in order of importance, all the way up to servicing everything. All of the pricing was reasonable. Once I approved the service I selected, he went about to complete it; which was also done in a timely manner. After he was done, he noticed a problem with my door. While it was not his job to fix it, he helped me with coming up with a fix and then made sure that everything was working before he left. Sergio, your customer service skills are top-notch. I am a customer service manager for a multi-billion dollar company, and I would hire you in a second. Thank you!

It was hard to get hold of anyone on the first and second and third call. Everyone was away from their desks. When the installer finally arrived he had to go back and pick up the springs and the weather stripping, that he was told was on back order, but it showed up. The installation went perfect and so far works good.

Daniel came out and was very thorough in his inspection. He identified 3 potential issues and tackled all 3. The price was fair and worth it because I feel the corrections made will not be an issue moving forward and if it does become a problem the warranty will kick in.
