Very positive experience, from when they first arrived. I had 3 companies give me estimates, and this one came in best price and best products too. Not only that, but the color selection was superior AND in stock. Olga, the office manager, organized the installation day, and I received constant updates. They arrived as scheduled on installation day. It's the quietest garage door I've ever owned. Flawless. And it has more features than I even knew I'd be getting...an app on my phone controlling it from afar, etc. A ten star performance.

Precision will come out 7 days, 24 hours and that includes holidays. The company does quality repairs with technicians who know what they are doing and explain that to the customer with options given as to what the customer wants done. I highly recommend this company.

When I called to get a quote and make an appointment, I was told on the phone that their price per spring is $99 to $149. That is $149 per spring is the most expensive product that they have for spring replacement. When the technician Eric came the next day, he has totally different numbers for me. I knew that it was an upsell but since I needed my garage to be fixed, I went ahead and got it done. We, better luck next time.

I had a bad experience with a previous garage door service company and I waited 4 years to call about repair of one of two doors. Precision came on time, was professional, took care of the problem timely and inspected for free the second door. Suggested that the second door was going to need springs replaced soon and I chose to have it done then, at my suggestion.

There's a reason that I never thought about other companies when it comes to the garage doors in my neighborhood. They guys are always very professional and friendly, it's very good because most of time you already felt stressed enough. I thus always give generous tip to them. OUR MANY THANKS TO DANIEL WHO WAS SO KIND AND HELPFUL WHEN OUR GARAGE DOOR WAS STUCK OPEN AND WOULD NOT CLOSE ! ON A SATURDAY!
