I had a problem with my garage door not fully opening so I contacted Precision to see what the problem was. Had my doors for over 10 years and Daniel had made several suggestions as to what I could do. I chose to have everything replaced. Daniel was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me into getting new doors, but I chose to replace everything. I am glad I called when I did as Daniel pointed out to me what the problem was and it did not appear to be a safe situation. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

From the moment Cameron answered the phone to when Raul showed up at our house. This was a 5 star service. Both of them were polite and professional. Raul was on time and kind and very knowledgeable. Offered to do the work same day which was faster than other bids we had collected. We had a quote for less, but ultimately decided to go through with the repair because it could be done same day. Brandon was able to answer most of my questions at his best regarding installation of the new garage door, etc. He was candid and did not refrain or madeup excuses to appease me as the customer. He informed me that the upgraded hardware package was still not available and to keep in contact with customer service, Olga, when the package would be available and schedule a service technician to upgrade hardware per original agreement/invoice. Wow, I can't believe I wanted so long to fix and update my garage door! Noah was so on time, he was early. Noah was knowledgeable, polite and professional. My service time slot was two hours and I didn't understand how the repairs could get done but with Noah and his assistant, done well within the time frame! I'm very happy with choosing Precision and would recommend to anyone!

When technician arrived (which was earlier than expected) I specifically told him what I needed and explained to him budget was very tight, he proceeded to do a half an hour inspection on other things other than what I called for, I was given an estimate over $1,000.00 Then when I told him it was way too high he suggested a “lube” job for $199 however that wouldn’t have the garage open opener working! This was the highest estimate!!! All my garage needs is replacing the belt, which he did not have available, yet he was estimating $1079 for the job! I guess Precision wants to make up for Los during the pandemic when they are wanting to charge you over a thousand dollars ! When the garage opener sells for $150 at Home Depo! ???? In order to post my review I had to choose a “service performed” NOTHING was done for me.

Anthony made Saturday as if a friend had come to visit, as he did an extremely professional job on bringing my garage door up to par. He installed the proper rollers and replaced the badly needed weather stripping. He found the skin of a lizard who had crawled into the previous worn stripping to shed it's skin. The garage door opens so smoothly, I want to keep going out to my garage to watch the door open and shut! What a treat and now I don't need to worry about the garage door breaking down. Getting a tune up regularly ensures a healthy garage door.

My son's garage door was not working properly. I was trying to close the garage door on 3/30/2021 when it broke in the middle and jammed half way down. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they sent out a technician named "Anthony" the next morning. He was very professional and was able close the jammed garage door. He was very helpful in assisting my son select a new garage door. The one my son wanted was not in stock and had to be ordered. The new garage could not be installed until 4/19/2021. The next day, I received a call from Precision Garage Door Service and they had a time slot available on 4/2/2021 and had found the garage door my son wanted. The garage door was installed on 4/2/2021 be a technician named "Patrick". He was very professional and a proficient skilled worker. Very careful with the garage door installation. He did an excellent job. My entire experience with Precision was exceptional and I would highly them to anyone needing garage door service.

OVER CHARGE: a hidden labor charge more than $600 for installation garage motor and belt in an hour in total of $1160 invoice. All materials charged more than a half actual price. A 3/4 motor charge $800, a belt and rail $340 and 3 remote control $90. What the cost given and charge??? First time call this service then see how they charge in the invoice. I gave more 1 star for installation but the price cost I gave zero star.

Replaced the springs on garage. Sergio did an excellent job. Anthony who came out for a follow up was also excellent. The only negative the cost for the springs were too expensive. Being on a fixed income was not expecting the price to be so high. Other companies charge less for the same product didn’t find out until work was done by precision unfortunately. Your company customer service is excellent though.

FINALLY got service on Sat. 3 PM after making service appt. on Thurs. Was originally scheduled for Fri. PM but was told technician could not come late Fri,. So we got rescheduled for Sat 12:30-4:30. I requested ASAP since I was cancelled by Precision on Fri., but after several calls technician finally arrived. DID NOT enjoy this run-around!
