I contacted Precision Door Service because I had seen their service truck in our neighborhood. When called, you replied with an available appointment for the following day between 10:00 AM and 12:00PM. At 11:30 your serviceman Noah Proffitt called and said he would be here at 12:00. He arrived just as he said, reviewed the work that had to be done to repair the Garage door Springs, and requested my approval which was given. He completed his work in just over one hour. I made an appointment for service, all he did was tell us we needed a new garage door or new hardware. He said in his report it was out of balance, but he did nothing, no lube, no adjustment, nothing. That's not service that's sales. Very disappointed, shouldn't they try a few things before they say buy a new door.

I am shopping for a garage door and they were the first I contacted. The people on the phone were friendly and professional. I like that they sent a reminder, with a picture of the tech coming and the time. He also called that day and was there in the estimated time frame given. I liked him and tho I feel the need to get another estimate, I probably will use them.
