Reading the reviews from other peoples experiences was the deciding factor. I was further pleased with Raul Mojica. He presented himself in a very proffesional manner. He was TRULY listening to my concerns regarding the issues with our garage door. He gave options explaining them in detail, and even asked me if I was a member of AAA so he could add a little discount. I thought that was above & beyond. I'm sure other places probably would not even mention it. Precision Garage Door and Raul Mojica will be recommended if I have people that I know who are need of garage door service, or a complete new door. A. Loeb

Anthony was great. Thorough, professional, friendly - a great person to have on the Precision team. I had a tune up and weather seal replacement. Doors are all good and a tight seal. Second time I’ve used Precision and no doubt if needed in the future I’ll use again.

Precision has been servicing my garage door for many years. Great service, always on time and thorough! Eric came today and did normal maintenance, checking all the parts. Eric advised that he place a battery next to the motor - now required by law since 2019 - so that if I lose power, the battery will allow me to enter and exit the garage. Really appreciate Eric's work!

Technician did all repairs and replaced the garage door opener as promised. My only complaint is the grease marks left on the back of the door from his fingers....not a big deal and cleaned them off in no time

Our very heavy double garage door was performing erratically. Sometimes it open and then close or close and then open. Rich, our Precision technician rapidly diagnosed the issues, showed me the weaknesses in the door including the fact that it would not retract when it confronted an obstacle. It was clearly very dangerous. He gave me three solutions with a price for each. I gave him carte blanc to do whatever it took to fix. He solved the issues with the least expensive option. He was competent, courteous and honest. I give him and Precision my highest rating.

Call for an appointment Friday afternoon, Eric Steven’s arrives on Saturday at 8:30am, diagnoses the problem, offers three different solutions, and completed a repair by 9:30am. Precision came out for a garage door tune-up. The tech (Noah) was professional. He recommended that the springs on my door be replaced as he indicated that they were quite worn. He gave me a verbal quote. I informed him that i needed to think about whether to proceed. There was no pressure to buy. He simply indicated that they would be there when i am ready to move forward. I appreciated the clear and straightforward process. My only "complaint" if you can call it that, is that while i received several emails about the service and a receipt within an hour, I have not yet received the quote for the repair. My assumption is that it will be sent within 24 hours which is totally acceptable.

What happened in your commercial happened to my garage last Sunday. Your team was so helpful from the first call to Nate coming and fixing it up like MAGIC. Diligent, Honest, Uncomplicated and Really Professional. Nate was able to explain what happened, checked for other potential safety issues, offered me a tiered set of solutions and then when i selected what options to fix - he fixed it up in short order - my garage is safe and operational again. They came the same day I called though late. Daniel Misenhelter was on time. We have an old, maybe 5 decades old wooden garage door that we keep servicing using Precision to keep it going until we replace the garage. Then Precision will be the ones we use to install a new door(s). All Daniel had to do was tighten things up and do a service. Works like a champ again. Thanks Daniel.
