Scheduling was a little tough to nail down, but I called on a Saturday afternoon, so that's forgivable. They came on Sunday mid-day. The service was EXCELLENT. When Jose arrived, he assessed the situation and let me share my opinion, which was wrong LOL (that's why I call the guy). He broke it down for me and gave me options for the service with the pros, cons and justification of each option. He would've gladly sold me a new opener but dId not pressure me into that. It wouldn't have been a bad idea after 13 years, but wasn't mandatory (now). I ended up with a spring adjustment and a new track & belt. He busted out the repair in a good time and the price was VERY reasonable. Jose was very pleasant and enjoyable to talk to. A welcomed guest in our home. I will be calling them again for future repairs.

Received a call from Daniel Manager, Mitch and he apologized for the late response. Mitch, text Mitch the part and he got back to me. I found him to be helpful and I am sure he will have an answer for me regarding the part in question. I understand service personnel are very busy at times but an acknowledgment of any concern should be address as soon as possible. With Mitch response I will be calling on Precision garage door.

Easy on line scheduling. Phone call and text communication with service tech was excellent. On time! 2 options provided for service with good explanation. All parts available and job completed in less time than quoted. Above and beyond service, hard to come by these days. Thanks Matthew!
