Your prices are ENTIRELY TOO HIGH, ENTIRELY TOO HIGH!!!!!! IT is RIDICULOUS what I paid for. Replacing 2 springs and making a minor correction. I will NOT be using your company EVER AGAIN, I feel like you just RIPPED ME OFF. I paid 1800.00 dollars for this job. NEVER AGAIN, and I will be PASSING this information along to EVERYONE I know!!!!

Supposed to be here between 8 am and 12 pm and we were happy to say James was here by 9:00 am and done before noon. We had to have everything redone except for the actual door itself. Did a great job and we now have a functioning garage door once again. Thank you James for an excellent job. Quick and clean. Carted off all old parts and very friendly.

On Thanksgiving Day our 25-year-old garage door opener died. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they sent technician Sheridan Abad the very next day since this was not that urgent. Sheridan did a complete inspection and diagnosed the problem that the rollers were out of alignment and killed our garage opener. He replaced all of the rollers and installed a new LiftMaster 87504-267. Sheridan Abad had far more experience than our old garage door technician! I noticed that as Sheridan replaced each roller, he would lift up the garage door to be sure it was running smooth. I was surprised by all the advanced myQ features of the LiftMaster. I'm sticking with Precision Garage Door in the future. They are Diamond Certified!

My garage door spring broke months ago, and after seeing Precision Garage Door Service advertised on TV, and looking at their website, I decided to book an appointment. I felt confident that the technician would be professional, and come with a well-identified truck with needed parts. The technician who was originally scheduled to come was replaced by a different technician. At first I was a little disappointed, but Travis Behn arrived and did an excellent job in repairing the broken spring, as well as the other side spring. After installing the new springs (which matched the original ones) he tested the door, and he was not satisfied with how it was opening and closing. He had me open and close it as well. It was a bit hard for me to open it, and it closed with a bang. He decided to take off those springs and instead installed a set that were wider/thicker. The door then opened more easily and closed slower and more smoothly. I was pleased that the door would now be easier for me to open and close. Job well done!

I chose not to use Precision because the technician who came to my home was rude and seemed to not want my business unless I was paying for the top of the line items. Initially he threatened to reschedule my appointment because there were too many cars!!! He could’ve handled that differently and then the products he offered were extremely expensive. I sent him on his way as I told him I’d contact another company. I did and for half of the price my issue was resolved.

I would rate this Company and the Technician, Mr. James W. as Excellent. Rate =5. The Service is excellent-starting with setting up appt. & their photo ID system of their Technicians. I rec'd a call shortly before the Tech.arrived. James W. arrived on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable about remote controls, & efficient.Despite heavy rain, he had nice attitude,gd. humor. Rare brand of Remote-James able to improvise and get it working. I would recommend Precision Garage Dr. Co. and James to my sister & my friends.
