I had a broken garage door spring. I called Precision at 10 am on Saturday and Paul Brinkman showed up at about 2:30 pm. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional; he slowly and clearly explained the function of each part of the garage door, suggested various levels of options for fixing the problem and a best way to do it for a long run, no pressure. I ended up replacing the springs, ball bearings, pulling and cables. I am very happy with the result, except the final price is much higher than I originally planed to spend.

I got the pleaseure of paying $70 to have a pressured sales upgrade pitch. Went from spring replacement at $500 to min of 1800 or ultimate of 2200. I had another company come and replace the springs and rollers for 1/3 the price. I am so very glad I did not go with Precision.

9/22 wow, this kind of service is rare today! Travis came out after calling to say he was on his way. He quickly assessed my old garage door mechanism problem, explained my options for fixing, and got right down to business in my HOT garage installing a new motor, rails, safety things. He patiently explained the new remote and wall switch capabilities & helped me link it all to my phone through the app. Travis was the ‘back-up’ guy that day as the other tech was behind, as he also let me know by text while Travis was there. Great communication, service, courtesy, knowledge of products — wow, very impressive!!!!

I cannot recommend Precision Garage Door highly enough! The spring on my door broke & I couldn't open the door to get my car out. I called a competitor & they couldn't fix it for a week so I called Precision. They sent a man out the next day! And Mario couldn't have been more polite, respectful or competent! He had the spring replaced in a very reasonable amount of time and was on his way. I'll always call Precision first now!!

I had great experience with Precision until the last visit. The technician was only interested to collect the fee for visiting us. He refused to lubricate the garage door and the motor and left without doing anything. The GM was kind of enough to waive the fee. I didn't want to pay $49.95 for someone to tell me what I already knew so after spending close to $10,000 with Precision I wish this technician had called his office to lubricate everything for $49.95 but he didn't.

Not sure yet if Precision Door was able to resolve my issue - it remains to be seen over the next few days. However, I feel Travis did as thorough a job as possible under the circumstances. He was very professional, clearly explained what he thought the problem was and I’m hopeful that the situation has been resolved. Every thing was working normally when he left and I’m hopeful it will stay that way.

Very positive recent experience with a young but very knowledgeable technician named Blake. He was very thorough & disagreed with prior company's evaluation. The other company said I had to buy a new door and there were no mechanical issues with my door. Blake said my expensive door was still good but just needed new rollers & new torsion spring. He replaced these items & even convinced my home insurance company (AMS) to pay for the new springs. He was able to get me reimbursed almost $500. I was very impressed with the prompt same day service. It was definitely a 5-star experience!
