My 20-year old garage door system stopped working so I called Precision. Travis Bein came to my house, assessed the situation and provided me an estimate for multiple repair options (e.g. replace just the opener, replace the opener and spring, replace the opener and spring and rollers, etc). I chose to replace all the moving parts (opener/chain, spring, rollers, cams, bearings). It took Travis longer to do the work than his original 2 hour estimate due to the need for a second spring and fabrication of some extra bracketry, and consequently the cost increased. However, Travis discussed the cost increases with me prior to continuing and I agreed to proceed. Travis did excellent work (time efficiency and work quality) and he patiently answered all my questions. I highly recommend Travis Bein for any garage door work you may need.

Really impessive performance. I called on Sunday (!) around 10 AM and Nathaniel from Precision was there by 12:30 PM. He was personable, incredibly knowledgeable, tried to repair the existing opener. It was beyond repair, and I could hardly believe he could install a brand new opener and chain within two hours. It was at our daughter's house in Concord. She is disabled and we wanted her to be able to park her car in the garage instead of on the street as she had been doing since the opener had not been functioning. We would recommend Precison absolutely!

I thought my motor was not working but when the technician, James Walker arrived he showed me that the drop down cord had been moved and that caused the motor to stop. So what I thought was going to be a new motor, was just a quick lesson on how the drop down cord works! I told him I only had one controller but have two cars. So he was able to give me a new controller for my second car. I'm very satisfied as I now have a second controller and also got a refresher on how the drop down cord works.

Any time you can't get your car out of the garage it's an emergency. We feel very fortunate to have picked Precisiondoor to replace a broken spring the same day. In 2001 I installed the door myself and it lasted this long. Travis, the technician recognized other potential future problems because of there useful life coming to an end. It made total sense to follow his recommendations. Hopefully we'll be good for another 21 years.

As a new owner of an old garage door opener that was missing pieces including the remote, I wasn't sure my problem could be solved. On 03/11/2023, Sheridan Abad, service technician for Precision Door Service made a house call to repair the broken springs on my garage door. Sheridan arrived at my house 3 hours after I made my service call. After reviewing my original problem, Sheridan pointed out other areas with parts that were damaged or cracked that would soon fail. His explanation was easy to follow and understand. By pointing out these additional problem areas, Sheridan saved me the cost of additional service calls when these parts failed. Because Sheridan is an instructor for Precision Door Service, the repair time was very short.
