My garage door broke on Thursday night and I called Precision on Friday morning, got an appointment for that morning and Jake called ahead of time to let me know he was coming and once he arrived he was finished within an hour. I could not have been more pleased with how quick and efficient the whole process was. I received an email showing pictures of the possible mechanics that would be entering my home which 100% put me at ease with having a stranger come into my house with just me and my toddler at home. Jake was super friendly and was awesome at explaining things to me without talking over my head and he answered all the questions I asked him. I will definitely always call Precision any time I'm in need of garage door services.
