Had Jack and another gentleman come out to our house on 9-16-19 and look at our garage door. He went over the cost involved in replacing the panel and other things that were in need of replacement. After discussing and looking at options, we opted for a completely new insulated door. They returned today, 9-17-19, at the time we asked and got to work and had it done in around 2 hours. Jack went over a number of things after the installation was complete and my wife & I are extremely happy with the new door, and how quiet it operates and the overall service provided. He also explained how the safety features of the garage door opener worked and what to look for as well. Thanks again and much appreciated..
