Justin Price came out close to scheduled time. It was Saturday, but the call was made. Justin was very courteous and kind. He told us exactly what he had to do. He didn’t try to pressure us into buying a new door or anything but gave us our options. The cost of the service was a bit pricey, but it was on the weekend and we had to have service today since the door was stuck open. Thank you for the great service! The Precision techs came on time and worked diligently to fix our broken garage door opener. After trying numerous options to fix our old system and finding even more issues we decided to replace with a new LiftMaster system due to the difficulty of getting parts for Marantec. I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs. They are hard-working, easy to work with, and never tried to over-sell us a new system.

Installer, Luke, called before arrival and arrived well within the promised time. He removed the old opener and installed the new one in less than 2 hours. He re-balanced the springs and, at my request, talked me through my options on a replacement door (a later option).
