Our garage door spring broke on our garage door so we called Precision based on Angie’s List ratings. So glad we did!! Byron was so helpful in explaining the different levels of repair that could be made to our 30-year-old doors. When I asked about the options for replacing them, he worked through showing us all the available options. It really was time for a new opener as well, so we were able to get that done at the same time. What a difference the new doors and opener make!! We are very happy with our purchase and appreciate the time Byron took working with us and answering all our questions.

I am extremely happy with the service I received today from Paul. He let me know exactly what was wrong and didn't try to have me buy services I did not need. Gave me 3 quotes of levels of repair so that I could choose the one that fit my finances. Then gave me advise for future needs but did not push them. I would strongly recommend this company. I felt safe, as my husband was not home when they arrived, knowing they do background checks and drug screenings. Thank you for making a stressful situation (my door breaking) easier to deal with.

Chosen after on line search and review.The fact that that they could provide service on a Saturday was paramount. Russ initially came out to give me an estimate. Company Charged $400 for labor on install only of two door axles. Normally $135/ door with most companies for standard self storage doors, encased axles were provided by me the customer. They came out, installed the axles told me other things that should be done for door to operate smoothly" which they had no materials for and the original guy didn't tell me or his service-men when he physically inspected the doors the previous day to give me a quote. When repairing broken doors is it not normal practice to quote the full job then do the whole job? Then one of the door axles completely fell down the next day upon opening the door for the second time, hitting an employee.
