I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by your company from start to finish. I called at 8:30am and a technician was at my door by 11:30am. Leo was my tech. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Not only did he call a half hour before he arrived, he also walked me through the process from start to finish and did an excellent job in a timely fashion. These guys are great! I had them out to the house a few weeks back to replace the garage door motor. Ricardo came out and did a great job diagnosing the issue. The garage door motor was blown. A few days later Ricardo came back out to replace the motor. During his visit he warned me the door spring would need replacing soon. Ricardo was right. I came home last night to a bum garage door. I called immediately, around 7pm, surprisingly they had a Saturday appointment available. Travis showed up on time and replaced the spring. 15 minutes later the garage door was fixed. These guys are great, on time, fairly priced and just as important they have very friendly technicians that know their craft. I absolutely recommend Precision Door Service. Thank you Travis for a great job today!

The technician, Leo, was very professional and friendly. He clearly explained the problem, what parts and labor were needed to fix it, and how long it would take. He efficiently performed the work and was able to process credit card payment on site. I had springs, rollers, and cables replaced and now my door works much more smoothly. Dealing with Precision Door was an easy and pleasant experience from start to finish. I would certainly recommend them.
