Very happy with how it worked out. It was a very complicated situation to get the door to work, knowing that the garage is slightly out of square until we can get the garage structure corrected. We still need to be able to use the garage door. Mario worked very hard to get it to work with a number of complications occurring. he was patient but committed to figuring it out. I had to try multiple things to get it to work did not give up. I’m sure he will remember the project with the Sears garage that was delivered as a pile of lumber in 1953 a real do it yourself project I did research before I selected Precision because I knew it was a complicated situation and I just didn’t want it done. I wanted it done right and safely until we can get contractors to do all the concrete foundation work. Everybody thinks they can do something like this until they try

I had an amazing service today from Jake and Ken. They showed me all the items that needed repair and explained everything to me in detail. When I was leaving for work on a Saturday morning, most of a side of my garage door slipped off the rail. It was stuck half way open. I couldn't get it back on so I left for work and called Precision. I chose Precision because I had work done by them a little more than a year before and was satisfied. Since it was the weekend, I didn't think I would get anyone until Monday, but surprisingly, they got me in for Sunday morning. Mathew arrived on schedule and replaced some worn parts and put things back together. He even tightened up the door lock for me. I did later notice after the work was done that the door was sticking as I closed it and closing it wasn't as easy as it should be. I called Precision and they scheduled as soon as it was convenient for me. It happened to be Sunday again. The opened appointment was for the afternoon, but Mathew called me in the morning because he was ahead of schedule. I appreciated that because I wouldn't be stuck at home waiting through the afternoon. Matthew was able to correct the problem quickly. He answered questions I had and pointed out a couple of issues with my garage and door to keep an eye on. Everything's working well now and I'm very satisfied with the service I received.

We are very impressed with the service. We called to see what repairs were needed for our garage door opener.
