One of our cables broke on our garage door. We looked online for someone that could come out on a Saturday. Dan was here within 2.5 hours of us calling. He called to say he would be arriving in 15 minutes. Dan was very polite and completed the job within an hour. I'm sure the garage door and parts are probably 21 years old, so the brackets, cables and springs were replaced.

I chose Precision because they offered same day service. I called them about 9:30 am and my garage door was working by 2:30pm. The technician explained everything before starting repairs and went over all repairs upon completion. I mam very pleased with Precision's performance.

Worst experience I have ever had. Five trips to my house were needed. Two to install a new garage door and opener , one to add the weather strips outside, one to confirm light in opener works and the last to refasten the door frame bolt to a stud. Good luck if you use them
