I called Precision Garage Door because I had an unsatisfactory response from another company. I found an ad in my local phone book for Precision and was impressed with the ad and the BBB rating. When I called and explained my problem, I was told that a service tech would be at my home the same day. He (Tanner) arrived within an hour of my call. He explained what caused my problem and offered 3 options of service/coverage. I was very satisfied with his knowledge and workmanship. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to get the job done right.

I explained the problem of the door opening and closing on its own any time of day. Jacob said he never heard of this before. He lubricated the door and replaced a missing bolt in the chain apparatus. We tested opening and closing the door with all three of my remotes. The door is operating properly. Ther was nothing found to explain my problem.

When the door control was replaced and the programming was done, Eric offered to rebalance the springs and gave me pricing. When he said it will take "about seven minutes", I figured it's time to just get out of the way because he probably knows what he's doing. Eric and Jake were great, the door sounds like new.

When I turned on my garage door light the area popped and the opener and light no longer worked. I didn't know what caused this so I had Precision come out on a Sunday. I was impressed a technician was able to come on a Sunday. The technician was very professional and discovered something happened to the electrical causing the issue, not the opener. Unfortunately i need an electrician. I was charged a very reasonable service fee and am very happy with the service I was provided. Precision had helped me in the past and also provided excellent service. Thank you for the wonderful employees you have!!

Saturday morning I went into the garage to go for a drive. I went to open the garage door and when I did, I was unable to open the door - broken spring. After several tries, Iknew I was in trouble. I did a quick search looking for some open to fix it. I knew I was in trouble as it was Labor Day Weekend. I discovered the ad from Precision that said that they would fix doors anything and that their was no extra charge for weekends.. I called them and like they said, no problem,we will be there today, and they were. They came when they promised and fixed my door that day. This is an exceptional company. I would use them again and will recommend them to anyone. Thanks Precision for taking such good care of me!

2020 gave me one last kick when my garage door opener died on New Year's Eve. Imagine my surprise when the Precision technician arrived on New Year's Day and installed a new opener, new springs and high-tech remote access. The new system is so quiet it's hard to believe the door is actually opening and closing. He did a great job and we are very pleased with our new garage opener system.
