Bought a $75 garage door opener button. It didn't work well. Called Precision. They said they stand behind their work. I told them it will not go down when light is on. Service guys had to call boss to determine that the light bulb interfered with opener frequency. They replaced bulb and charged me $67.00 !!! Sad I have to pay for you to learn about what you sell. Sad you couldn't tell me on phone to change bulb!! Anyone want a light bulb changed, I'll do it for $50. 414-258-0246

Michael did a great job! Opener was 20 years old so him installing a new one was best. Had coils and springs replaced by them in 2020 and was completely satisfied. Would recommend and use again if needed.

My service man, Steve Gatson was very professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out that I did not need a whole new opener but the problem was rectified with a new remote and keypad. Steve was very polite and most enjoyable. He did a very good job.

The guys that took my appointment were very good!! Informative and knowledgable!! I was just surprised at the high cost!! I think this should have been addressed when I made the phone call!! I had no clue it was going to be so costly!! Very disappointed at that!!

My technician was pleasant and did the work in a timely manner. My only complaint is that he told me that my garage door opener model was wifi capable and all I had to do was download the app. He gave me the wrong model number. After much investigation, I need to purchase the Internet gateway adapter before it will work. I found the correct model number myself. I wish that the previous technician would have told us about the wifi capable. That was 1 1/2 years ago.
