I asked to have someone come out to fix our outside garage opener which is no longer functional, but he was unable to do that. Instead, he oiled the movable parts and serviced the engine, which were working fine. I don't mind his doing the inspection and oiling which I should have done yearly. But I would like someone to fix or replace our outside garage combination opener. Do you have someone who can do this? 312-663-3324;

I've seen your advertisement with your company. Just like the ad, Pedro Vazquez was definitely professional and courteous. Pedro inspected the door and gave me options for repairs. He worked in a timely manner and cleaned up, also taking the old parts with him. I have Rheumatoid arthritis in my hands, and can no longer do all home repairs. I appreciate a company that gives Military Veterans a chance to work for them. Being a Vet myself, this means something to me. Keep up the great work !

We started having issues with our garage door about a month ago and called for someone to come take a look. They came out the same day and told us the only fix would be a new door. We were able to get set up with that right away, got a call a couple weeks later, they had everything in stock and we were able to set up an installation date for the following week. Hector gave a courtesy call when they were on their way and it took less than 2 hours to remove the old door and install the new. They were very thorough on the inspection and showing me what they did, and it was a very quick process. Overall everything was SUPER seamless and both specialists were extremely friendly; I would absolutely recommend using them for any garage door needs!

Kurt Schneider provided outstanding service to evaluate and repair our 3 garage door openers. One opener that was over 30 years old required replacement and the other 2 openers needed repair. Kurt explained what work was needed and then showed me the repairs and explained the operation of the new garage door opener when the work was completed. The repairs took only 2 hours.
