Precision Door was very good communicating with us. And Ted came to our house right on time. Ted immediately pointed out the problem on the existing door opener motor. And since the motor was 24 years old he offered several replacement alternatives. While we decided to not accept any of those alternatives, we did opt to have Ted make adjustments to the door which helped fine tune things for my own DIY project regarding motor replacement.

Tim did an excellent job repairing the track on my garage door after someone,apparently, tried,to,pry their way in. I didn’t even realize that someone tried to break in until Tim showed me all the marks left by a crowbar or whatever method they used to break in. He fixed it all very quick and did a great job, and, on the 4th of July. I couldn’t be more pleased and will be definitely calling them for an annual tuneup.
