The large gate to my driveway stopped working and Precision Door was the only company that could take care for our issue in the same day, a Friday. The technician that can to our house to trouble shoot this issue spent about 10 minutes looking at our system and said I need a new system. I need a guarantee that the new system installed on Monday. He guaranteed that. On Monday, Chris Moreland showed up in the window I was told he would arrive. Chris was extremely professional and technically proficient. As things needed to be changed, he gave me options with a best recommendation. Once the job was done, he made sure everything was cleaned up. Chris was awesome!!

Call was answered by a person, not a machine. They were able to come out to the house that same day. Tyler was my technician and he explained the available solutions to fix the problem(s) I was having with the roll-up garage door. He gladly responded to all of my questions with thorough answers so I would understand each solution fully. When Tyler was completed with the repair, my door sounded quieter than when it was new. Their prices were good for the services provided.

I was having big problems with my garage door (on a weekend) and was able to find a repair business that does charge extra. Precision was able to come the day I called, did a great job in replacing and fixing what needed to be fixed (with a 3 year warranty) and my garage door now goes up and down with ease and quietness. TheKey pad on the outside of garage door was not working. . Morris and his assistant corrected that and suggested that the rollers need to be repaired. When the unit was installed on 10/23/23 it should have been noted at that time, but wasn't. I had hw rolleer changed out .. They were very courteous and did very good work

I am giving an A+ to tech man, Chris Carpenter. He asked me what was wrong with the door. I explained and he gave a 100% check and recommended a new door after I told him the present door was over 20 years old. He adjusted my chain link to my home transmitter and did a adjustment to my roller racks and explained everything to me. He was couteous and professional. I explained that I was a senior and also a viet nam veteran. He gave me a discount on new door. He said new door would be installed within a certain time frame. Came home Saturday night and the garage door would not open. Just buzzed and no movement. Searched on the internet and recalled I had a previous pleasant experience with Precision so I figured I'd give them a call. Called them Sunday morning expecting voice mail but got directly to a real person. Assuming I'd get an appointment on Monday but to my surprise they offered to come out within the next 2 hrs. Daniel, the technician arrived. Was very courteous and took the time to explain the options and what would be included. Explained the warranty. Very clear and concise. I approved the work and within the hour a new garage door opener was installed. Daniel also setup all the remotes and gave me and my wife instructions on how everything works. It was a very good experience and would hardly recommend Precision to anyone in need of services.

I originally chose Precision Door a couple of years back based off of the services they provide as well as the excellent reviews they had received from customers. At that time they came out to repair my driveway gate. They did an excellent job at the repairs then, so I had no concerns with calling them when I needed work on my garage doors. One of the OH door springs had broke as well as one of the motors was beginning to grind gears. The installer who came out was Daniel. He was extremely helpful and provided sound advice for different options I could consider for the models of motor. His workmanship was excellent. Precision is not the cheapest contractor to perform this type of work, but you can count on the work being done right the first time with high quality. You get what you pay for, and that is why I recommend Precision.
