John, my service technician, was very professional, actually arrived early after a phone call for the service appointment and did a thorough inspection of my garage door systems to try to determine what needed to be done to fix my problems with my garage door. He wrote estimates for possible repair fixes and completely explained all options for the repairs. Garage door was working properly when he departed and we agreed to monitor for a couple of weeks before further action was taken. Door operator was not functioning. Scheduled appointment late afternoon (10/02/24) and technician arrived at our home the next morning. Precision was on time, courteous and repairs were performed in a professional manner. Technician (Payton Naylor) replaced a belt for the drive operator. Payton was very observant, in that he also found two (2) cracked hinges on our door. These were also replaced. Precision originally installed our garage door in 2008. We have always used them to take care of any issues that arise. Their professionalism, courteousness, pricing, etc. make them a vendor that I will continue to use and I recommend them to anyone else regarding one's garage door needs. Thank you Precision!
