Door operator was not functioning. Scheduled appointment late afternoon (10/02/24) and technician arrived at our home the next morning. Precision was on time, courteous and repairs were performed in a professional manner. Technician (Payton Naylor) replaced a belt for the drive operator. Payton was very observant, in that he also found two (2) cracked hinges on our door. These were also replaced. Precision originally installed our garage door in 2008. We have always used them to take care of any issues that arise. Their professionalism, courteousness, pricing, etc. make them a vendor that I will continue to use and I recommend them to anyone else regarding one's garage door needs. Thank you Precision!

Michael called ahead and arrived on time. He was very courteous and friendly. He said that he had heard that the rubber gasket on the bottom of my door was no longer available but I just ordered it on Amazon for $75. His quote for a new gasket was over $400. He also gave me a quote for a whole new garage door which was over $3,000 which I didn’t ask for. You should have been able to replace my rubber gasket in my opinion.
