He said that he had heard that the rubber gasket on the bottom of my door was no longer available but I just ordered it on Amazon for $75. His quote for a new gasket was over $400. He also gave me a quote for a whole new garage door which was over $3,000 which I didn’t ask for. You should have been able to replace my rubber gasket in my opinion.

The two technicians provided on the two occasions, Roger and his partner, were friendly, informative, and professional. They discussed my options with me on both visits and performed the necessary repairs to my garage door and later my garage door opener. Before I called you, I asked friends about your services as well as checked with the BBB. The first visit fixed the problems with the door and though some other problems were mentioned as possibilities, I tried to see if part, if not all, of these problems might have been electrical in nature and not the unit. However, after checking with an electrician, the problem was seen to be with the 20+ year old garage door opener unit. This was replaced on the second visit including instruction on its functions plus the manuals, and all seems to be functioning well. I will recommend your services and the technicians who performed them to anyone who ask me in the future.
