The two technicians provided on the two occasions, Roger and his partner, were friendly, informative, and professional. They discussed my options with me on both visits and performed the necessary repairs to my garage door and later my garage door opener. Before I called you, I asked friends about your services as well as checked with the BBB. The first visit fixed the problems with the door and though some other problems were mentioned as possibilities, I tried to see if part, if not all, of these problems might have been electrical in nature and not the unit. However, after checking with an electrician, the problem was seen to be with the 20+ year old garage door opener unit. This was replaced on the second visit including instruction on its functions plus the manuals, and all seems to be functioning well. I will recommend your services and the technicians who performed them to anyone who ask me in the future.

Great service! Payton Naylor was awesome. Scheduled a service call on a Saturday morning. He was able to come early and very polite. He had new belt system on hand to install so didn’t have to make another appointment. He inspected ours and installed a new belt drive opener in 2 hours. He took the old one with him too. Our garage now opens every time, smooth and very quiet. Would definitely recommend Precision but also Payton!
