My Service Tech, Brandon Brown, did a great job of assessing my door and some loud sounds that I heard when it went up and down. Brandon was also very efficient in muting the sounds, making some changes and lubricating the rails. I am pleased with all of it, including his comments and explanations.
Brandon was well informed and upfront with the work that needed to be done. The job took longer than expected, but I was told why the job was delayed. In the end the job was completed and my garage door has never worked better.
