The spring on our garage door broke. Because Precision Garage Door had installed a new automatic door opener a couple of years ago and did a fantastic job we called them to replace the broken spring. Fortunately for us they were able to schedule the repair for the same day! Brian S. a super nice and talented technician provided us with superb service. The door works great. We will definitely call Precision for any future garage door repairs.

We greatly appreciated the weekend availability and 24/7 phone scheduling. The door malfunction late on Saturday evening (9:30pm) and the service technician (Steve) was at our home by around 8am on Sunday morning. Curtis Newbrough arrived on time, was very courteous, evaluated our unit and found it to be not worth putting any money into it.
