Same afternoon services on a Saturday? You betcha! Joe showed up within 3 hours of me calling. He diagnosed the problem, explained my options clearly, and then proceeded to fix my garage door lift. He knew what he was doing because he was done in a jiffy and made sure that everything worked flawlessly. Even greased the wheels and hinges! This was the first time in 17 years that I had to call someone for my garage door opener, and I’m glad I called precision door. Check that off my list! Hopefully it will be at least another 17 years before I have to call again.

Mid-afternoon Sunday discovered a garage door spring broken with both vehicles stuck inside. Checked around and found Precision seem to be the only ones that actually answer their phone on a sunday afternoon, and they could have someone out that day. About an hour or so later I received a call from Jacob that he was on his way. Jacob arrived quickly and proceeded to inspect the door situation overall also finding, and showing me how, both tension cables were failing. Jacob clearly explained my service options (without any upsell pressure) and proceeded to very quickly and efficiently replace both springs and both tension cables. It was clear that Jacob knows what he's doing and does it well. Thanks!

Technician Brian was great. He arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. He listened to my concerns, inspected the door and its parts, as well as the opener, explained the issues that he found, and answered my questions. The door, springs, hinges and bearings needed lubrication and minor adjustment. The opener needed maintenance, too. He performed the work well and efficiently. The door now operates more smoothly and is quieter. Much better than if I had tried to oil things myself, no doubt. I was very comfortable with having Precision do the work.
