First, that they were able to get someone out so quickly, I think in about 2 hours; and Jacob did a great job fixing the problem and making sure it won’t come loose again. He was great about explaining what was going on with it and what to keep an eye out for in the future. When I mentioned I was going to change a light bulb on my garage ceiling while he was working, he offered to do it for me so I wouldn’t need to climb up a ladder. Above and beyond! Thank you!

First off, the response was unbelievable as it was a Sunday morning and they were able to fit me in within a few hours. They also called approximately 30 minutes before arrival which they had promised (but, I haven't always received from other companies). The technician, Nick, was professional, friendly, and communicative. He did an excellent job (better than I had expected) and in a timely manner. I will use your company again and request Nick when I call. In this day, where I believe customer service is average at best, you excelled.
