Phil Mormon was my tech/installer. He came earlier than the scheduled appt (thankfully! And he called ahead) on the day after my garage door got frozen and buckled due to the ice and cold temps. He gave me several options that we talked through and was able to have my new system installed two days later with his suggestion to go with the white option. The day of install, it was freezing and snow created some obstacles, but man was Phil a trooper dealing with the cold and obstacles and hardworking, courteous, professional and thoughtful. I give him five stars and thank him greatly for making this unexpected emergency a lot easier to handle. Thank you, Phil!!!

Garage wouldn’t stay closed. Tech came out earlier than expected and explained the problem offered to repair (on a 12+ year old motor) or we could replace the unit. Decided on the latter and couldn’t be more pleased!!!

My repair was completed within 24 hours and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The fact that all of this happened after I had originally engaged with a competitor who made me wait two weeks for the original appointment, showed up with the wrong equipment based on incorrect information they had in their system from when THEY installed it, and then was told it would be another 2 weeks before they could come out again, makes my wonderful experience with Precision all the better. Would highly recommend their services and plan to only use them for anything garage door related in the future.
