Just had Zikret Osmic (Z) replace a spring in my garage door and he was awesome! Had every intention of replacing the garage door opener but he assured me fixing the spring would solve my issue, it didn't need a new opener (I had bought one from Lowes for him to install) Z was personable, efficient and knew what he was doing and explained everything he was doing. I will be sure to save his card to request him if I need help again.

Efficient, careful installation of my garage door. There was a small defect in one of the door panels which was identified by the technician who made a round trip to get a replacement. He also identified a problem with the aluminum flashing covering the garage door header which was causing water to collect with potential for rotting the underlying wood.

We are OVER THE MOON Happy with our new Garage Door from Precision Garage Door. We had an old heavy wooden door with windows replaced with a windowless door that looks even nicer than I think we really imagined. The new door operates really quiet. Mark, the technician that did our install...He really isn't paid nearly enough because he went above and beyond to correct an issue that arose during installation caused by some nonsense left behind from one of the previous owners of our home. In fact, that's really what impressed me most about Mark as a technician because I am the EXACT same type of person....If I am doing a job, it's not done until it's done right. You guys have customers for life.
