Excellent repair of mechanical parts of my door. The mechanic explained everything and provided solutions to my problems, He completed a timely repair , about an hour. I can again open my door. He was courteous. His parts truck was loaded with most any part you would need for a repair.

Satko (Sadmir) provided great efficient service in installing a new garage door opener for my back garage. He also helped lubricate the parts of my front garage as well. He even left me lubricant if I incur any more noise from my garage as well. He explained thoroughly the work that needed to be done, programmed my panel openers and remotes and accessed possible future needs in my front garage opener. This is second time I had service with Precision Doors and both times the service was exceptional. I highly recommend their business and will use them again

Post 2 of 2 (2025): Update: Still 5 stars after a second repair with Precision! The motor replacement that Precision did for me has been great. The garage door, however, remains as old as the house - about 25 years - which includes all of its parts (hinges, rollers, tracks, etc.), and it needed some love. This time, I got to meet their technician Zikret (he goes by Z), who was great! He took a good look over everything and explained things very clearly. I had a broken hinge that I was aware of, but he showed me other ones that were cracked and other things that could cause me more trouble down the road. He was very honest about what needed fixing ASAP and what could wait, and he gave me some pricing options based on those recommendations. No pressure at all! Just what seemed like honest opinion. After I decided on what to do, Z worked fast and took care of other little things that would help maintain the life of my garage. I’ve been really happy with Precision and will keep calling them when I need them! And I definitely recommend Z! Post 1 of 2 (2023): Precision was great! They had a technician out to my home the day after I called. Jon was fast and friendly, and was very upfront about the job. I had a broken torsion spring and an old motor, and he warned me ahead of time that the motor might not be able to handle the new springs… and he was right. The motor worked, but barely. He offered to come back at his next free time to install a new one - on his day off! Pretty awesome. The pricing for the springs seemed high, but the motor and installation smoothed it all out. I’ll definitely call Precision back if my other door gives me any trouble.

My experience with Precision Garage Door was positive from start to finish. The Technician diagnosed the problem and gave me multiple repair options depending on my budget. I chose the long term repair so I can hopefully use my garage door opener for years to come. I was very happy with his work.
