Garage wouldn’t stay closed. Tech came out earlier than expected and explained the problem offered to repair (on a 12+ year old motor) or we could replace the unit. Decided on the latter and couldn’t be more pleased!!!

A few hours later they called me back and was able to fit me in earlier than expected, which was great. When the technician Sean arrived he knew the issue right away and we discussed the options. Sean was able to make the changes the same day and it was completed a few hours later. I’m very happy with the work done and I’m confident the garage door will work for a long time.
