We had our new garage door installed today and I'm pleased to say the job was a total success. Our technician, Jon was very professional and knowledgeable. When he was finished, he explained the mechanics of the door, the remotes and security code panel very clearly. He was open to our questions and took time to clarify everything. I am very happy with the new door. It looks great and is almost soundless. I'm very confident we will enjoy and appreciate our new garage door for quite sometime. Thanks for a great job!

5. Everyone from the salesman to the installer was a pleasure to deal with and professional. I met Senaid the technician on site and had to leave shortly after. By the time I returned he was already done. He called me to let me know he was done and asked if I had any questions and said I could call him if I thought of anything. 5 stars, Certified Technician Mark Sherman installed our garage door on 1-9-2019. Mark was extremely professional and his attention to detail down to the trim is very impressive and reflects the pride he puts into his work. Communication before the install was excellent with sending a message with his Bio to my wife put her mind at ease before he arrived. Mark knowing I was in Law Enforcement extended an appreciation for my service and 1-9-2019 is national law enforcement appreciation day was great to hear, since these days you do not hear that enough and is greatly appreciated! My son recommended this business. He had just purchased a door and I was impressed with the fit and finish of the installation. I asked for and received an estimate for two replacement garage doors with openers. An excellent description of them was provided. Prices are less than I expected. Ron Kull called prior to arriving and arrived early! He was a professional! The estimate was sent shortly after he left. This operation is top notch. A decision on the door type and color is all that remains for me to do. I'll be seeing them again!

This is the second time we have used the services of Precision of Rochester, NY. We chose them again based on our good experience last time. This service call was scheduled promptly and courteously through their website/email, and the technician , Mark, (who had fixed our problem before) was again very professional, friendly and helpful. He gave us simple, clear maintenance instructions to help prolong the life of the door cables (broken cable was our problem) and reduce our need for further service calls. We highly recommend Precision.
