We chose Precision because the repair tech did a great job in fixing the springs on our old garage door. Our old door was original to our home and needed to be replaced. The repair tech showed us a brochure and then directed us to Precision’s website. We found the door we liked best and ordered it over the phone. It was installed earlier this week and we couldn’t be happier with it. Not only is the door well made, insulated, and quiet, the person who installed it was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. I appreciate the job Will did for us. He is one of the best! Thank you Precision, our home looks great for the service you provide. I highly recommend your company to my friends and neighbors.

I purchased a door and opener several months ago and had a hardware failure. I contacted precision and received immediate response to my home. The door was temporarily repaired while a part was ordered. They came this morning and did a fantastic job - I highly recommend them to anyone. And yes they stand behind their warranty and are very honest which is rare these days.

Terry installed it quickly and explained how the remotes worked. We were very satisfied with the work completed.
