We had a tension spring break, so I googled garage repair, Precision Door popped up and website was super easy to set an appointment up even on Holiday. Today I get a call from Eric and he said he would be there at 8, which he was right on time. I also get a text from company saying this is Eric with his picture and a little bio, which was nice to put a face to who would be showing up at my house. It was obviously a spring but he did full inspection then gave us reasonable priced options and explained everything very well. My husband and I liked how down to earth Eric was, the fact that he didn’t try to up sell us or give products we didn’t need, we inquired about a new garage opener since he was here anyway. Again he gave us options and explanations. He replaced everything except the garage door and rails. It was quick and a great price. Will definitely call him again for our needs. Best part is our garage door is so quiet and smooth now, don’t even hear it open in the house.
