I had started working with another garage door companies. They did not have a replacement spring for my door. They supposedly ordered the replacement but after three weeks of saying they had not gotten the spring, i told them to cancel it. I called Precision and you sent a young man to our house the same day and repaired the door. Thanks! Jim Rayburn.
